Come here if your car is declared totaled, but you don't believe it! After our 2007 Accord was struck and ripped open near the gas flap, the at-fault driver's insurance tried to declare our car a total loss, and offered us very little compensation for it, less than the amount of money we had just put into it, as we expected to keep it for a long time. Our car was in excellent condition. It was a very stressful time, and we refused to accept what the insurance company said, and thank heavens we found Javier! When we first drove into his parking lot he met us with a friendly and welcoming smile, and came right over asking how he could help us. We soon realized that our car was in excellent hands. Javier is very knowledgeable and an artist. He went to bat for us when our own insurance company became involved, and made a terrific repair of complex damage. The car looks awesome! The pride and enthusiasm Javier has in his craftsmanship is abundantly evident. He kept us up to date on how things were progressing, and provided us with very affordable service. If we could give him a 100 star rating, we would. Thank you so much, Javier! We appreciate you immensely!

This place is amazing. I came unexpectedly due to the auto store next door being closed. When I walked next door to Trans America Francisco was extremely kind and agreed to help fix my brakes the same day. He showed me all the parts he replaced and everything felt so authentic. Him and his family who help with the business were incredibly nice. I’m coming here for all my car troubles. I’m happy I finally found a place and a mechanic I can trust!

I've been in the car business for almost 10 years, and I can assure there is no better mechanic in town that Javier Rodriguez. The mechanic and body shop services are just impecable. Once you pick up your car from Transamerica you don't have to come back for the same reason never again. And if by any chance it happens, Javier is going to honor his warranty... Don't waste your time and money anywhere else...

I recently went to Trans America Service, and I have to say, I’m super impressed! As soon as I walked in, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They really took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and explained everything in a way that made sense, even if you’re not a car expert. The work they did on my car was top-notch—it honestly feels like I’m driving a new car again. They were quick, upfront about the costs, and got everything done when they said they would. You can tell they really care about their customers and the work they do. If you need any car repairs or maintenance, I definitely recommend checking out Trans America Service. I know I’ll be going back if I need anything else!

Just had a great experience at Trans America. I am readying my car to be sold and wanted to get a mechanic to look at it. I've already gotten a pre-sale check done by a couple other mechanics in town, but there's been a couple issues I wanted checked that the other shops said were no issue. Javier got me in a day after I called and took a morning to look at the issues I mentioned. He was thorough and clear about the things I wanted him to look at. And charged a very reasonable price to get such a diagnostic. Now, it does look like the shop also preps cars for their other dealership in the same parking lot, so it's a little scattered. But I found Trans America to be honest, affordable, and skilled. Would recommend.
